Management of Co-operative Housing Societies: Registration of the co- operative housing society,  registration/ de- registration of the society, nomination/ registration of heir, financial statement of the society, record to be maintained by the society, funds to be kept by the society, fees charges to be charges by the society, action on the application received to the society.

Accounts:  Opening of banking account, maintenance of account books and registers, other records to be maintained, responsibility for maintenance of account books, registers record etc, payment beyond certain limit by cheques, finalization of accounts, payment beyond certain limit by cheques.

Auditing: Appointment of an auditor, production of books and records for audit, preparation of the audit rectification report.

History, Principle & Management in Cooperation: Introduction, literature review, problem statement, proposed methodology, implementation and results, application for registration of society, Maharashtra cooperative societies act, 1960, condition of registration, rules for registration of cooperative societies.

Co-operative Law & Other laws:  Interpretations of the word and terms, affiliation of the society to other co-op institutions, notice of resignation of membership of the society, notice of transfer of shares and interest in the capital/ property of the society, amendment to the bye-laws of the society.

Co-operative Banking & Credit Societies: Co-operative society, registration procedure, Co-operative society act, accounts and audit (secs 32& 33, 34), fund raising for Co- operative societies, accounting framework for NPOs, accounts and books co-operative society, fund based accounting.
